The Secretariat implements a number of activities every year, which are based on our expected outputs for the year. During 2008 we expect to realise 42 outputs as a team which is directly related to our mission statement. These outputs cover our key performance areas; capacity building, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation and across a number of thematic areas which include; Children & Youth, PRSP, HIV/AIDS, Gender, UN convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, etc.
